Anna's Chocolate Chip/M&M Cookies

Big ole cookies with chocolate chips and multi-colored m&ms that dot the surface and add extra crunch.
Ingredients:
• 12 eggs
• 2 lb. brown sugar (5 cups)
• 4 c. white sugar
• 8 t. soda
• 1 T. white corn syrup
• 1 T. vanilla
• 3 lb. peanut butter
• 1 lb. butter (no margarine)
• 18 c. old fashioned oatmeal (3 lbs.)
• 1 lb. M & M's
• 1 lb. chocolate chips
Method:
Cream the butter and eggs together before adding eggs. Mix the remaining ingredients in order. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet, allowing room to spread. Press down with hand. Bake at 350 degrees, 10 - 12 minutes. Don't over bake.
I used a big spoon and sometimes I didn't do the M&M's. These are my son's favorite cookie.......You can cut this recipe in half.


Anna's Yummy Pineapple/Lemon Desert

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 C. ground pecans
1/3 C. melted butter
1/4 C. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
3 med. firm bananas, sliced
1 package cream cheese, room temp.
3 & 1/2 C. cold milk
2 packages instant lemon pudding 3.4 oz. each
Topping
1 carton, 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 C. finally chopped pecans
I in a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, pecans, and sugar. Press into an ungreased 13x 9 inch dish.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set pineapple aside. Place bananas in a small bowl, pour pineapple juice over bananas and set aside for 5-10 min; drain. Arrange bananas in a single layer over crust.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese. Gradually beat in milk.
Add pudding mixes; beat on low speed until combined. Spread over bananas; top with pineapple. Spread with whipped topping, sprinkle with chopped pecans. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serves 15 or so......
